Set up the project structure and defined the delivery model. Development kick-off after a 5-month preparation phase, starting without any documentation or requirements. Orchestrated the development of a highly integrated claims management system (approx. 20 satellite systems) with a core team of approx. 50. 100+ people involved in total.
